As the name suggests, the fruit is sourced from three valleys Coal River, Derwent and Huon and from vines of more than 40 years age. Michele's notes: Lovely crimson hues. A little hint of funky reduction gives way to a fragrant cherry fruit overlaying gamey notes, marzipan, and spice. It is complex and intriguing. Very tasty and flowing in the mouth; the fruit sings and persists
